How to Get Your Payday Loan Without a Checking Account

January 6, 2012 | Author owowonowo

If you need to get a cash advance – a payday loan – quickly most lenders say that you have to have a checking account.  But there are a couple of ways you can get the money you need even if you don’t have a checking account.

The first way is to go to a local payday loan company.  Many of them will lend you what you want right there on the spot.  You’ll just have to wait on line a bit but you can get the money you need to take care of whatever financial emergency has come up.

A little secret that not too many people know about is you can first open a savings account and then go online and apply for a loan.

That’s because there are more and more payday loan companies that will give you a loan without a checking account if your only have a savings account.

Why Do You Need a Bank Account to Get an Online Payday Loan?

You need to have either a savings account or a checking account to get a payday loan on line because cash advance companies will electronically transfer the money you borrow directly into your bank account.

They will also debit what you borrowed plus interest and fees from that same account once it’s time to pay them back.

The Loan Application Is Fast and Easy

It only takes about ten minutes to fill out a loan application.  Then it will take between one hour and twenty-four hours for you to receive your money.

Once it is in your bank account you can withdraw it immediately because you can get a debit card when you open up your bank account.

One of the neat things about getting an online loan is that the lenders don’t care about how good or how bad your credit is.  They are mostly interested in whether or not you earn enough money to pay them back.

The loan application only asks some pretty basic questions, such as your name and address, where you work, and information about your bank account.

Now, you might have to do some searching to find a payday loan company that offers no checking account payday loans because some still only will give loans to people who have a checking account.

But if you really need the money and just have a savings account, there are plenty of companies online that can help you.

Keep in mind, though, that the interest rates are a lot higher for payday loans than what a bank or any other traditional financial institution charges.

Because of that most people only get payday loans if an emergency arises.  And then a lot of them  also check out different companies to see which ones have the lowest rates before they actually apply for their loan.

Cell Phone Number Search – How to Reverse Lookup a Cell Phone Number

December 30, 2011 | Author owowonowo

When do you need a reverse phone service?

If you want to find the name and location of the owner of a specific phone number (cellular or landline) and this number is not listed in whitepages or phone books, you will need a specialized reverse phone lookup service. These services operate by purchasing access to subscriber databases of various mobile operators and phone companies. By combining multiple sources of information, they provide users with a capability to search through a huge database containing almost all phone numbers in the USA. This database includes land line numbers, unlisted numbers and cell phone numbers.

Reverse phone lookup services are bound by agreements with phone companies, which prohibit them from providing this information for free (primarily for the reasons of privacy). This is the reason why you need a valid credit card or paypal account to register and use these services. This ensures that they cannot be utilized for illegal purposes (e.g. stalking.) Besides, phone companies charge for access to their databases in the first place, so reverse lookup services try to recoup some of their costs by requiring a subscription fee.

Are there any free alternatives to paid reverse phone lookup services?

If you don’t feel like using paid services, there are a few alternatives that may help. You may look up the number in publicly available whitepages or phone books, or use an internet search engine, such as Google or Yahoo. However, if the number in question is cell phone or unlisted, you search will most likely provide no results, because such information is not publicly available. It won’t hurt to try, though.

What kind of information you can expect to find using a cell phone lookup service?

You can expect to find the owner’s name and address. Some services also provide additional information such as the list of household members.

How to use a reverse phone lookup service?

Simply enter the phone number which you are researching into the online form. Most services will immediately provide the following information for free:

Whether the phone number in question is cellular or land line.
The precise location (city and state) where the number is registered.
Whether any additional information about this number is available.
To find the name of the phone’s owner, you will need to purchase access to the service (a nominal yearly fee is usually required). As mentioned above, the registration requirement is a way of ensuring the service will not be used illegally.

Are reverse phone lookup services legal?

Yes, cell phone lookup services are completely legal, provided you use the obtained information for lawful purposes. In particular, you are not allowed to take advantage of this information for making telemarketing calls.

3 Ways to Improve Your Credit Score by 50 Points In Less Than 30 Days

December 28, 2011 | Author owowonowo

In Less Than 30 Days.

“What can you do to increase that set of three numbers on your credit report that can be so important with your financing?”

I came across this question as I was surfing discussion groups the other day. Check out my answer:

Dear Friend,

Here are 3 steps I used to take my credit score from 592 (horrible credit) to 762 (perfect credit) almost overnight. If you’re interested in improving your credit rating quickly, you’ll find this story helpful:

In 1995 I made a decision that would ruin my perfect credit history. I quit my salary job to become an insurance salesman. The job paid commission only. Within a few months I lost everything – house, car, credit rating and my self respect.

By the end of 1996 I was living with my mom, all my credit accounts were severely past due, and I was paying 22% interest on a broke-down green Geo Storm…I was a real loser.

Then, in 1997, I became a banker. I didn’t know it at the time, but this would turn out to be the break I needed to eliminate my credit problems forever.

During my seven years as a banker, I came across several legal and highly effective ways to improve my credit rating. As a result, I was able to increase my credit scores by an average of 170 points.

Here’s what I did:

Step #1: After spending hundreds of dollars on credit repair services that didn’t work, I found out how to get negative accounts removed on my own.

Basically, I wrote letters to the collection agencies requesting proof that the accounts were mine. 89% of the time they had no proof that the bad accounts belonged to me. So I was able to get them deleted from my credit file.

Step #2: I opened new accounts with high credit limits and kept the balances low.

I discovered that if you keep your available credit limits high and only use 10% to 30% of the credit you have available, your credit score will improve dramatically.

Step #3: Next, I added accounts with years of perfect payment history to my credit file. This step took my credit score from 647 to 762.

While you can certainly add seasoned accounts to your credit file for free, there are companies that claim they can do it for a fee.

The problem is, they charge between $2,000 and $2,500 per account. If you want a 700+ credit score you’ll need 3 to 4 of these accounts. That equates to a cost of $6,000 to $10,000.

(You can conduct a search on your favorite search engine for companies that offer this service.)

While there are several highly effective steps you can take to increase your credit scores by as much as 200 points, these are the main ones…And here’s the good news: Each step can be completed in less than 30 days.

How To Create An Effective Business Development Strategy

December 27, 2011 | Author owowonowo

The Business Development Strategy is used to underpin your main Business Plan and essentially it sets out a standard approach for developing new opportunities, either from within existing accounts or by proactively targeting brand new potential accounts and then working to close them.

This document highlights the key issues you should consider prior to compiling your own plan and will hopefully guide you logically through a proven framework.

The key word is ‘Strategy’, because you are creating a workable and achievable set of objectives in order to exceed your annual target.

Your Starting Point:

The key words are Who? What? Where? When? Which? Why? How?

For example:

Who – are you going to target?

What - do you want to sell them?

Where – are they located?

When – will you approach them?

Which – are the appropriate target personnel?

Why – would they want to meet with you?

How – will you reach them?

If you have conducted regular account reviews with your key accounts during the previous twelve months, you should be aware of any new opportunities that will surface during the next twelve months. You will also, when assessing what percentage of your annual target usually comes from existing accounts, need to review data over the last two or three years. (It is likely that you can apply Pareto i.e. 80% of your business will probably come from existing accounts and in fact 80% of your total revenue will come from just 20% of your customers/clients)

You will be left with a balance – i.e. “20% of my business next year will come from new opportunities” – therefore you can then begin to allocate your selling time accordingly.

Ideal Customer Profiling:

Pro-active business development demands that we create an ideal target at the front end – i.e. an Ideal Customer Profile. The essential characteristics you will need to consider are:

- Industrial Sector

- Geographical Location (Demographics)

- Size of organisations (Turnover, number of employees etc)

- Financial Trends

- Psychographics – i.e. Philosophical compatibility

Many strategic sales professionals merely profile their best existing clients and try to replicate them – there’s nothing wrong with doing this but we should always remember that we are seeking an IDEAL and we can always improve on what we already have.

‘New’ Opportunities From Within ‘Old’ Accounts:

Because it costs approximately ten times as much, to first locate and then sell to a new customer as it does an existing one (although these costs are rarely reflected in the cost of sales), it is essential that we fully develop our existing accounts working upwards, downwards and sideways, thus making the most of the (hopefully) excellent reputation we have developed already.

Most corporate accounts have several divisions, departments, sites, even country offices and you must satisfy yourself that you have exhausted every possible avenue. Don’t be afraid to ask the question “Who else should I be talking to in your organisation”?

Developing New Opportunities:

There are a number of ways in which we can target new opportunities e.g.

o Direct Mail

o Telephone Canvassing

o Researching Archived Files For Customers Who Used To Buy From Your Company

o Exhibitions

o Seminars

o User Groups

o E-Mail Campaigns

o Referrals

o Qualified Leads

o Advertising

Not all of these will be appropriate to your particular industry, but you should not be afraid to experiment – i.e. challenge the paradigm – and do not accept that just because a particular idea has not worked in the past that it will not do so in the future. (Remember when you were learning to walk – it didn’t work first time then!)

The important thing is to make an early decision in terms of what you are going to try and then build this (those) ideas into your master plan.

A Typical Business Development Plan:

You should plan out the whole year and review / revise quarterly.

o List your existing accounts and plan what activities / actions need to be completed in order to fully exhaust all opportunities. You may for instance, plan to cover more bases within the decision making unit or contact associated companies or offices. The Strategic Account Profile can be used as a prompt.

o Begin to target new accounts using business directories etc. and set targets per week / month / quarter i.e. I normally allow for eight hours per week as a minimum (Don’t forget to continually refer back to your Ideal Profile)

o Then build in what assistance you need from your marketing function – i.e. qualified leads, seminars, exhibition attendance etc.

o Finally share your plan with your manager and then commit to it.

You should also measure it against S.M.A.R.T.E.R. i.e. is it.

S.pecific

M.easurable

A.chievable

R.elevant

T.imed

E.xciting

R.ecorded

Linking With Your Commercial Plan:

I have suggested that your Business Development Strategy, would link with your Master Business Plan but logically you should also integrate it into your Commercial Kit(this is a document that outlines your monthly, quarterly and annual targets) – specifically the areas that deal with new business generation, account management and development, four tier account lists etc.

These three documents when combined should drive and guide you through the next twelve months and beyond.

Summary:

As I have said often enough “People do not fail because they planned to fail but rather because they failed to plan”

The man who knows where he wants to go is more likely to get there, he just has to decide how to get there. All plans are essentially maps and guides; the strategic element is the ‘How’.

Do be prepared to change course, flexibility is key, and don’t be afraid to experiment, look outside the square.

The Effects Of Chocolate On The Emotions

December 22, 2011 | Author owowonowo

It is common perception that chocolate is a mood elevator although some people believe that it causes headaches and migraine. Though it is widely accepted that chocolate affects our moods, the research on this is still in a fluid state. Every contention is fiercely debated. We will discuss various ways that chocolate affects our moods and emotions, according to the present set of beliefs.

Chocolate affects us both negatively and positively. Some people, when they are sad or depressed, experience a craving for chocolate. On eating chocolate they report that their mood is elevated and they feel better. This elevation in mood is temporary though and when this effect wears off, they again revert to their previous state of mind.

There are many health benefits that are attributed to chocolates. It is good for the heart. It increases the responsiveness of blood vessels which is useful for preventing heart disease. It also increases glucose tolerance. Chocolate also contains some substances which have an anti oxidant effect. This is helpful in preventing cancer.

Chocolate is reported to cause headache, obesity, rectal itching, heart burn and emotional problems like irritability, confusion, anger and depression.

Chocolate is rich in carbohydrates, which increase the rate with which tryptophan enters the brain. This increases the level of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates moods, creating a good feeling.

The addictive property of chocolate is also well documented. This is evidenced by the fact that some people, when trying to give up alcohol, depend on chocolate to satisfy their cravings. This drug-like property is attributed to caffeine, anandamines, phenylethylamine and magnesium that are present in chocolate. The presence of caffeine and magnesium can contribute to a feeling of craving for chocolate. Ananadmides affect the brain in a similar way to marijuana, though research in this field is still debated.

There are more than 350 chemicals in chocolate. Some of these are believed to cause allergic reactions. Some scientists believe that phenylethylamine and theobromine could cause changes in moods. Phenylethylamine causes blood pressure and blood sugar to rise. It generates a feeling of alertness and contentment thus creating a feeling of well being. But, a short period of emotional high is followed by a period of emotional low. Theobromine is found naturally in cocoa and acts as an anti-depressant, but has been known to be toxic to animals.

Eating chocolate can also give rise to a feeling of anxiety. Phenylethylamine is said to cause dilation of blood vessels in brain causing headaches. Though it is still debatable whether phenylethylamine reaches the brain.

One ounce of chocolate contains 20 mg of caffeine. Researches on the effects of caffeine have reported that caffeine can cause problems in sleep, restlessness, irritability, heartburn and anxiety. Withdrawal from caffeine causes fatigue and headaches.

Tyramine is another amino acid present in chocolate. Though it is not certain whether any significant amount of tyramine reaches the brain, yet it is known that it causes blood vessels to expand and contract causing dull headaches.

Women appear to crave chocolate more than men, including diabetics. Some amongst these women reported that only chocolate and nothing else could satisfy their craving. The presence of magnesium in chocolate can account for the fact that during PMS (Post Menstrual Syndrome) craving for chocolate increases in women, as during this period a deficiency of magnesium may arise.

With all this contradictory information on the effects of chocolate on mood, one has to observe from one’s experiences and decide whether chocolate is right for one. But, certainly, large amounts of chocolate will effect us physically or emotionally one way or another.

Savings Account Payday Loan – Faxless Cash Advance

December 12, 2011 | Author owowonowo

Savings account payday loan can be obtained through a cash advance loan when you have financial emergencies and your payday is still weeks away. The money you can get from a savings account payday loan can be used to pay off your overdue bills or any other unexpected expenses. You can get the loan from a payday loan lender which you can find easily in the Internet.

With savings account payday loan you get the money directly into your bank account. Preferably, this is the same bank account as you normally deposit your pay into. This type of loan is very easy to get if you have a full-time employment with regular salary. The loan amount is usually between $100 and $1000 or more depending on the lender and how much you can make a repayment. However, interest rates are high, ranging from $20 and $80 per loan borrowed. In some ways, this could be understandable given the risk of the loan and the fast service that the lender has to provide.

Some companies offer first-time deals for these types of loan programs that completely remove the interest payment is the loan is paid in full by the due date. You can check such an offer from the lender’s website including their pay back policies and rates. This information must be finely printed to comply with the strict regulation of the payday loan industry. Checking lender’s website is recommended before you signup for the loan to avoid getting ripped off due to undisclosed interest rate and fees.

Unlike other types of loans, payday loans do not require much paperwork to complete. You can even get completely faxless payday loans from many lenders online. This really cuts off the time for waiting between applying and getting the cash. More importantly, with savings account payday loan you get the funds directly deposited into your account, which can happen in the same day or at least the next day after you submit the online application.

Another advantage for borrowers is that most lenders do not require any type of credit check to qualify for the loan program. So long as you are employed and paid a regular salary into your savings account, you are almost guaranteed to get the loan. Typically, the bank routing number, the account number and your social security number are needed when applying for the loan. The information is kept confidential to avoid any third party from knowing your details.

Applying for a savings account payday loan is easy. With many lenders available online you only need a few mouse clicks to borrow some cash to overcome your financial emergencies.

How to Write a Good Reflective Account For Your NVQ

December 11, 2011 | Author owowonowo

Often learners have asked me how do I write a reflective account? And my answer is you need to know what a reflective account is before you can write good one. Many learners have submitted an account to their NVQ assessor and have been disappointed when told they need to write it again. Let me tell you what might have happened; You probably wrote your account without a guide and therefore as lengthy as your account might have been you were told you have not met many performance criteria which are what your assessor is looking for. So let me tell you what a reflective account is.

A reflective account is usually a write up of how you have carried out part of your job in the past. It could be yesterday or a week, month or years ago as long as you use past tense. It maybe how you dealt with a health emergency, an abusive situation or how you have used a particular piece of equipment in the past.

Your account will be a record of events that actually happened. It must be reflected in your style of writing as what you did not someone else.

For example:  I did this and then I did that. It is NOT acceptable to write I would do this as this does not demonstrate that you have done it or have been doing it.

If possible write about why you took the actions stated.

For example: When I arrived at Mrs A home I put on my gloves and apron to ensure I protect t he service user and myself from infection…..

Throughout your account you must maintain confidentiality by using Mrs A, R or any other alphabet rather than using their actual names or addresses.

Think about a typical day at work or over a period of days and write a story on how you carried out those activities using the performance criteria of the units within your NVQ as a guide. This might include:

Assisting clients with toileting requirements. (HSC 218a)
Assisting clients with their personal hygiene. (HSC 218bc)
Preparing food and drink for clients. (HSC 213abc)
Assisting clients to eat and drink. (HSC 214abc)
Undertaking clinical activities. ( HSC 230ab)
Supporting others to undertake clinical activities. (HSC 361ab)
Supporting clients with cleaning or other domestic needs. (HSC 29abc)
Supporting clients to be comfortable (HSC 216ab)
Providing pressure area care. (HSC 217ab)
Supporting clients to move from one position to another (HSC 223ab, HSC 360ab)
Supporting service users to access and use services and facilities (HSC 330abc)
How you contribute to care planning and review (HSC 328abc)
Supporting individuals with specific communication needs (HSC 369abc)
How you administer medication to individuals (HSC 375ab)

This list is in exhaustive it applies to any unit title you have chosen within your NVQ.

There are many other activities that you might have been involved in which you should include in your account.

The way in which you carried out the activities is very important; here you will find yourself covering a good part for your mandatory units. This might include:

How you communicated with clients and others such as colleagues, relatives and other professionals.
How you treated people as individuals and showed them respect and dignity.
How you maintained a professional relationship with the different individuals. Did you have to deal with any conflicts, distress or challenging behaviour?
How you worked as a team.
How you monitored and maintained health and safety during the different work activities.
What information you passed on, how it was passed on and what records you completed.

Note: Your reflective account is expected to meet the standards of the NVQ usually the performance criteria and sometimes it will cover some knowledge specification.

I believe if you make use of all the points I have mentioned, you will be able to construct a good reflective account at NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3 or NVQ Level 4 on your own.

In all our packages: NVQ 2 & NVQ 3 Mandatory and Optional units, we have fully referenced examples of reflective accounts and a guide to how to write your reflective account included. You also have FREE access to our online support centre once you purchase any of the packages, if you need more help on writing reflective account or any other aspect of your NVQ I will advise you to purchase any of our packages relevant to your needs, go here now to make your choice.
